Introducing Smoky Hollow’s newest state of the art creative campus, The Idea Factory, located at 123, 125, 127 Lomita St, in El Segundo. This ground up construction project will be the most imaginative “plug and play” offerings on the market.
INDOOR: This 10,500 sq foot campus features three private creative suites each featuring three levels of modern creative office space, private bathrooms with showers, floating glass conference rooms, private decks, offices and cutting edge themed designed elements throughout.
OUTDOOR: The Idea factory will feature the most imaginative outdoor creative space ever dreamed up in El Segundo. SkyPark is a 1000 sq. ft. elevated outdoor recreation area.
SkyPark will feature: game tables, movie screen, putting green, mood lighting, swings, arena seating, presentation space, BBQ area and communal eating area.
This ever-evolving space will have a year-round activities calendar that all tenants at the Idea Factory will have full access to. Activities to include:
SkyPark yoga, happy hours, movie nights, pool tournaments as well as a creative lecture series.
